Head of Business Control team and member of business control team for newly created desks, Paris, excellent financial packages on offer
A stable and rapidly expanding global investment bank has recently acquired excellent traders to work for its growing equity derivative business.
The newly created front office desks now require a business control team (risk, product control, new product implementation, compliance) for these desks.
There is two positions on offer.
1.Head of the business control-leading a large team of analysts/controllers in ensuring that new products are fully implemented, successfully work with senior traders, drive business forward aswell being able to adapt to any market, internal changes.
A solid background in equity in a leadership capacity as a business/risk/product controller would be ide
2.Reporting into the head of business control. This position will be part of a team that also works in the front office, but is more involved in the improvement of operational systems (risk, product control, operations) and thus would require strong technical skills.
Skills:
The requirements for this position is a strong desire to work in a fast paced and challenging environment, experience in improving systems and programming skills.
